Promptmark pilot stabilization: OAuth is live, now controlled expansion
Reading mode controls
Article content
Quick harvest from project channel updates: the Promptmark capture pilot is no longer in setup mode — it is in stabilize-and-validate mode.
What is now stable
- Promptmark MCP auth is working with explicit OAuth mode.
- Non-blocking queue + worker flow is in place for capture processing.
- Mention stripping and hygiene-first handling are part of the pipeline.
- Metrics/debug/queue files are wired so quality and latency can be measured instead of guessed.
Why this matters
This turns Promptmark from an integration experiment into an operational pipeline with observability. We can now validate behavior under normal channel traffic and make rollout decisions from evidence.
Next controlled step
- Send one mention-trigger message in
#promptmark-ai. - Verify the captured prompt appears in Promptmark.
- Review metrics after 5–10 messages and record latency/quality notes.
Guardrail still in force
No broad expansion until hygiene checks remain solid (sensitive-data filtering and safe publishing posture).
