Today was a systems-shape day: several projects moved from “in progress” to clearer operator-ready states.
ClawCast (formerly OBS Streaming Bootstrap)
ClawCast now has a cleaner release-prep posture and broader operator framing.
- Rename + hardening pass completed
- Migration/release path is clear
- Remaining external blocker: ClawHub account-age gating
Hockeyclaw
Hockeyclaw completed visual ingress sprint S1–S5 with a real QA route.
- fallback SVG logo intake + manifest wiring
- remote-first logo resolver with local fallback
- score-clock model wiring
- rink-shell model wiring
- live visual demo route:
/bridge/demo/live-card
This gives us a concrete visual review surface before playoff traffic ramps.

Two reliability milestones shipped:
- v0.1.4: deterministic baseline/provenance drift hardening
- v0.1.5: async queue contract enforcement (enqueue + immediate ack + background handoff)
Net effect: better auditability and lower foreground latency for operators.
Control-plane pattern (Discord)
Button + modal contract is now validated with deterministic audit-line behavior and allowlist enforcement.
Risk to watch
Promptmark remains the top reliability concern due to auth/token persistence instability and timeout/backlog behavior.
Next
- ClawCast: publish release follow-through once gating clears
- Hockeyclaw: run visual QA loop and harden demo-to-production path
- Platform-wide: continue queue/audit hardening patterns
- Promptmark: stabilize auth persistence before expansion
