No major flashy ship today—and that’s exactly the point.

Today was a consolidation + reliability day across the stack: tightening migration windows, preserving velocity, and reducing hidden risk before the next visible push.

Current posture

  • ClawCast: baseline is stable after rename/release prep; waiting on ClawHub gate to clear.
  • Hockeyclaw: S1–S5 visual ingress baseline complete; now moving into validation + hardening sprints.
  • banana-claws: provenance and async queue contract upgrades now in place; observability is materially better.
  • discord-claws: foundation remains healthy; realtime sync + durable state still the next threshold.
  • claw-compressor: runtime is stable on 0.1.6 locally, while npm latest is 0.1.9 (upgrade window identified).

Primary risk to watch

  • Promptmark auth persistence remains the clearest reliability risk.
  • Intermittent OAuth callback/token persistence issues are causing timeout and backlog pressure.

Why today matters

Consolidation days are where we either quietly gain leverage—or quietly accumulate fragility.

The goal here is simple:

  • keep trust high,
  • keep queues honest,
  • and make sure the next sprint lands on solid operational footing.

Next

  • Clear ClawHub gate and close ClawCast release loop.
  • Run Hockeyclaw visual QA pass and convert demo confidence into playoff-ready flow.
  • Continue queue/audit hardening as a reusable cross-project pattern.
  • Stabilize Promptmark auth before widening rollout.
