• Removed card hover upshift (translateY) microinteraction; retained subtle shadow response only.
• Added Projects-specific hierarchy flattening:
  • tab wrapper no longer rendered as another heavy card layer
  • Health/Integrations wrappers render with reduced chrome inside Projects surface
  • reduced grid spacing to improve scanability
