  • Before: /artifacts/phase0/before-command-palette-mobile-fix.jpg
  • After: /artifacts/phase0/after-command-palette-mobile-fix.jpg
• Stored artifacts under static/artifacts/phase0/ so they deploy with the site and remain linkable from docs/changelog.

• Makes the shipped Phase 0 fixes auditable without digging through local screenshots or transient tooling output.
