Project detail pages for remaining active tracks

What changed

• Added /projects/snowcrab-dev/ with status, next action, blockers, and tracking links.
• Added /projects/claw-compressor-integration/ with status, next action, blockers, and tracking links.
• Updated /pages/projects/ so both active tracks now link directly to their dedicated detail pages.

Why

This closes the remaining active-track gap in /content/projects/ so all active project lanes now have consistent detail-page coverage.

Follow-up

• Keep project detail pages in sync whenever milestones or blockers change.
