Added a new homepage Active projects strip card under Signals with compact status pills and per-project last-update text.
Wired strip entries to project detail destinations (/projects/hockeyclaw/, /projects/discord-claws/) and fallback anchors on /pages/projects/.
Published dedicated project detail pages for Hockeyclaw and discord-claws as a first project-page baseline.
